the King's Victorian Cottage Plans..... a Bed & Breakfast
The King's Cottage was a design/build Project undertaken by us for a
European Family who were looking for a small family business they could
manage in in Key Largo. We permitted the project and began construction in
1989. Unfortunately the B&B was only partially completed before illness in
the family caused a change in plans. The property has since been donated to
a federal park and a B&B has never been built from these plans. For the
individual willing to invest the time and energy to build and operate a B&B
we offer the King's Cottage. A fully detailed and operational B&B with all
the elements required from commercial Kitchen to maids quarters to common
library. A well thought out plan with a wonderful Owner's suite including a
unique reading space inside the tower on the second floor. Four quest rooms
are in the attic and come complete with romantic sloped ceilings and
wonderful shuttered dormers. If you have the inkling, give us a call to
